Refund and Returns Policy

This refund policy is applicable on Trenzle platform for all users. All refunds will be applicable based on this policy only.

1. What can you purchase on Trenzle?

Trenzle allows users to easily access quality content from top creators, authors, and users around the world. To improve this experience, a user can buy products/services on Trenzle in one of the following ways:

• Trenzle Online Magazine Subscription
• Advertise their posts, books, content, and other media on Trenzle in the form of articles or posts
• Purchase rights to view Paid / Premium Content added by other users
• Sponsored Display Advertising on various pages of Trenzle
• Newsletter Coverage

2- Which items/products/services are eligible for refund?

Only following items are eligible for refund under certain conditions applicable for each of them.

• – Trenzle Magazine Subscription: You can ask for a refund to your subscription within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, you can request for a cancellation instead, but you will not be refunded for the current month. You will enjoy the benefits of the current subscription till it expires.
• – Sponsored Posts: Before a sponsored post is live on Trenzle platform, they are eligible for refund. Once the post is visible on our platform, refunds are not possible/accepted. Also, in case of a bundle package comprising of multiple sponsored posts, the refund is not applicable if 1 or more posts are already been posted/used by you.

Other purchases including display ads, paid-for guest posts/articles, newsletter coverage, premium content access rights, are not eligible for refund.

3- Special Case refund for Violation of Trenzle Policies

• Sponsored Display Ads: Upon purchase of Advertising slot, all ads accepted on Trenzle should meet our Advertising Policy. In case they don’t meet that policy, the remaining balance shall be refunded and the advertising privileges of that account shall be revoked.

4- How much time it takes to process a refund?

Generally, all refunds are processed by us within 3-5 days. This doesn’t include the time it might take for the transaction to appear in your bank statement as it depends on other banking channels outside our purview.
